how do you make the Dolphin run faster i have the ati radeon xpress 200 graphic card and here is my Dolphin config's

Why you on such a old rev, Update Your Dolphin to the latest version and use the DirectX3D9 plugin

i download viewtiful joe 2 iso and tryed the new dolphin emulator it was running fast but during gameplay it only gave me 20 speed but during the FMV it ran at 200

Make sure you read the setting up dolphin thread. It actually helps add a lot of FPS. You can bump up the frameskip to 3 (I would never recommend a frameskip over 3 because it makes the graphics terrible in most games). You can use the Direct3D9 plugin (faster, less accurate)

And most importantly, update your revision!

2.0 is one of the oldest revs of dolphin... UPDATE IT! look for "latest dolphin revisions maintained by mariomadness" in GC emulation help.

my computer grafic card can play the sims 3 but the game runs slow so i know my computer grafic card is good for dolphin

But... Sims 3 isn't Dolphin... anyways, the minimum requirements of sims 3 isn't very high at all.
